Youtube comment of the day

blood elves dont count as horde
horde are mature players

blood elves are rerolled alliance who are tired of horde assraping them

or they are fags who want a pretty character

fucking every server is infested with blood elves, and there is a blood elf hunter called legolas in every server.

Kinda true.

Guess who?

Bonus points to whoever knows who this is without using google. Think back to the early days of Dun Morogh ;)

Work, Work, Work

Everyone needs this addon. It is probably one of the coolest I have come across. Forget fancy UI mods, who needs those when you have a Peon saying "Work Complete!" after every quest you finish?

So yeah, I resubbed to WoW

Literally a month ago I bashed the shit out of WoW, telling my friends that it sucks, it's boring, the PvP sucks, ect. But, WoW being the crack demon that it is got my subscription money once more for this month. My friend John started playing again, so that was even more tempting.

I will admit it, I have barely played WoW. I own none of the expansions and have never gotten a single character to 60. This is probably why I didn't enjoy the game, seeing how WoW is all end-game content now. It can be hard finding people your level to help with a certain quest or instance. But the good news is that Blizzard knows this and have made the road to 60 easier than ever.

Anyway, this is my mage Zubbyy on Earthen Ring. He's my highest level at 31, and I really am enjoying him. Mages get some really kick ass abilities, my favorite being Conjure food and Water cause it's so handy.

So expect more WoW talk, because it's coming.

Recruit A Buddy

I set up a new WoW account on Friday in the hopes of trying out the recruit a friend offer with a friend of mine. Since my base account was on trial, I upgraded so we could get the XP bonus and I could get my social game privleges back ( :P). However, neither has happened yet, and I'm beginning to wonder when it will. I got an email saying the payment is being processed and until then I do not my full ingame privleges or the XP bonus. Apparently this "proccesing" takes anywhere from 24-72 hours which is making me a bit anxious, seeing how it is the weekend and I actually have time to play. All I can do I wait and hope I get that email tommorow. Hope it comes, or i'll be forced to fly out to the blizzard offices in California to give them a little "reminder" :P

Just kidding of course... sorta.

rez plz

So for the past couple of says I've been leveling up a priest in WoW on the Stonemaul realm. It's been quite a lot of fun and I think I've finally found I class in WoW I really like. I've never really been a fan of spellcasters in MMOs, but I do on the other hand love classes that have healing abilities (which would explain why I rolled a shaman in WAR). I like knowing that if something goes wrong, I can always bubble and heal away. Though this doesn't always work, it is a good strategy.

I've been leaning to the Holy spec for the priest, but I've got some points spent in Shadow like the awesome [Spirit Tap] ability among others. The main problem I had with the priest when I first created it was that I would always run out of mana during fights. Well, that all changed when I bought a wand, now my mana is for healing only, with a few exceptions like DoTs and fear abilities. Reasons for going holy spec? Well, to my knowledge Holy priests are always in more demand than Shadow priests. Of course, not that it matters much at my level.

But, there are 2 things I really like about this game so far, the first being the very, very smooth gameplay and the many interesting addons you can find, like DHUD2 which adds a health/mana bar on both sides of you character as well as one for targeted enemies/players, and QuestHelper which programs a route for you in order to complete all your quests in the least amount of time.

Mining has made me a lot of money. A lot. It's easy to do and most of the nodes you will find will be during quests. I get around 5g for 15-20 copper, which is a lot for my level. Hooray for the auction house. I have around 40 gold as of now, and I'm only level 15.

Anyway, hope you guys are having a great weekend. I know I am.
